🧠 1. Design & 3D modeling
Every object begins with a 3D modeling phase. Models are designed or adapted to be fully printable while respecting their intended use.
Special attention is given to proportions, structural strength in sensitive areas, and material optimization.
🖨️ 2. High-resolution resin printing
Printing is primarily done in resin to achieve a high level of precision and fine detail. Resin selection depends on the product type and usage.
- ABS-Like Resin – strength and durability

- Texture Resin – rich, detailed surfaces
🧼 3. Cleaning & curing
After printing, each part is carefully cleaned to remove any resin residue, then cured to reach its final mechanical properties.
This step is essential to ensure strength, stability, and long-term durability.
🔍 4. Finishing & quality control
Each piece is manually inspected. Supports are removed, surfaces checked, and details verified before packaging.
Products that do not meet quality standards are reworked or discarded.
