📦 Shipping & Returns Policy

At GG 3D Print N Design, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing quality products and transparent service.

🚚 Order Preparation & Shipping Time

Each order is carefully prepared. A processing time of 3 to 5 business days (holidays not included) is required before orders are shipped.

No request for a refund or replacement will be processed before this preparation and shipping period has elapsed.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of equal value or a refund may be granted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged.

Any product that is damaged, modified, or incomplete will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

📸 Damaged Items or Packaging

If your order arrives in damaged or destroyed packaging, please take clear photos or videos of the packaging and the product immediately upon delivery and send them to [email protected]

Photos or videos may also be requested as part of any refund or replacement request to allow us to properly assess the situation.

This documentation is essential to help us resolve the issue efficiently and provide appropriate support.
